First gear problem

I cant get into first gear (every now and then it works)

Does anyone have any suggestions, as to why and what action i might need to take?

Its been like it a couple of months now, so i figure its about time i fixed it

As far a i know they are for "top out" to stop things getting out of shape on max articulation, or even when the whole axle is off the ground, such as in getting the whole vehicle air born (yeah right :D like that happens everyday Dukes of Hazzard style) So to answer the original question ...

Ah hah I have the same problem, and keep topped up, I bought a jerrycan for those occasions when it drives till empty, then fill up. Ive checked everything i can think of. THANKS GUYS The part number (NRC2410) may be wrong as i have checked the drawing from the book and it is different from the one fitted.
