in first gear it's so underpowered it feels like its not in gear at all, also it doesn't seem to mesh properly, because it keeps jerking the whole car + tons of other evil things :cry:

mmm ill think about auto, but i like the feel of changing gears...also i think that you could get more reliability out of a new one rather than a re-conditioned. :?

i fear my lack of knowledge and complete incompetence would most likely lead to a complete disaster... :lol: for off-roading manuals much better than auto anyway...

Gear Box

my gearbox is pretty much completely dead, so i'm going to get a new one...i'm thinking something like a toyota land-cruiser.. any ideas on what to use?

it is meant to work with a stereo, however, i thought that i could use the pre amplified speakers we were talking about.

not a dumb question, ive never had a sirius before either...the jack sockets are for the main audio output.

well...car speakers have a red and black wire from the back of each i presume, but computer speakers have the type of single wire that would fit into an headphone jack.

thats a really good place to put the speakers...the only problem being that my sirius radio needs computer speakers and i don't know if they'll get lous enough. Maybe i'll have to sound proof.
