when i had my stage one i was looking at throwing a discovery filter box setup in it. just a bit smaller and think they are an inline setup which will be good for piping between the snorkel and the carb setup. you might be able to approach an engineering firm and get a bit of a quote for a steel one...

yeah he loves that truck, told him to invest in some 33x10.5 silverstones to help him out better in these conditions, the 33 x 12.5 mongrels he runs are getting to about 50% tread.

i havent been on these forms for a while and thats mainly because it dont own this truck any more, i swapped it with my dad for his 1970 mini 1000.

we went out in the weekend and this is a clip of him giving the treatment to the land rover!!

i dont know if its just me but i like looking at 4x4 pictures, especially Rovers in action, this isnt hard core by any means but worth posting if even one person sees them and enjoys them. going to try put it through its paces in a couple of weekends time so will see what photos we get out of that. ...

go for it, i run 33x12.5 mongrels left over from my nissan safari from when i put 35's on that. the only lifting i have done is to level up the rear springs by having the right rear reset. they do rub at full lock (pretty minimal) on the chassis but are very good other wise as the mongrels dont have...

i have heard that some old falcon one's are almost and exact copy and fit ok with the plumbing, i cant tell you what model sorry, when mine crapped out i just removed it and looped it so there was no heater.

no dramas any way as it is so draughty the heater was only good for a windscreen demister!!
