floor support

oh sorry, it,s a crossmember!

my car is a stationwagon.

330265 are the 4 shorter crossmember, the one I need is the one fitted jist in front of the rear shockabsorber.
it sits on 2 vertical pillars of square tubing welded on the chassis.

for a 110 stationwagon it is probably nrc 4171

dont think they will fit; as described by the seller they will only fit a rover-type rearaxle and not the salisbury axle.

maybe one of the needles is stuck. turn the engine on and take the elbows of the carbs. lift with a big screwdriver a needle and see if it will rev up the engine. do this on both sides. I once had a SU carb that was stuck; it had no pulling power and top speed was lower than 60 km/hour with full thr...

decals

this afternoon I contacted maanrovers and ordered a pair of landrover v8 decals for 80 euro (65 for the decals 15 euro for delivery and packaging). the site is www.maanrover.com as mentioned earlier. they seem to be the original ones (i do think there's a british leyland/austin rover logo on it). go...

i hope you checked the endfloat! if if there's too much or too little space it will be worn again in a short while.

i had this when i put a new shaft in the transferbox with the old shims and new bearings, and also I changed the high gear.
