Part number is 622387.
It is a white rubbery washer.
Just had to fit one to mine as they harden up with age and break up.
Noel.

LT95 gearbox wanted
No laughing at the back. I would like a good LT95. Mine is suffering from: - Noisy layshaft bearings - Oil leak at rear output shaft (to be fair that was my fault) - Excessive play basically everwhere. It is now awful to use, but it was pretty awful 5 years ago so I can't complain. I want to increas...

Engine wanted
Due to a spontaneous oil pump failure followed by a sump full of swarf and broken metal I am in need of a good second hand engine. Any 3.5 V8 considered - stripped engine would be best as I can transfer over my good bits. Would rebuild, but don't have the space. Anyone have anything? Southern half o...

Haven't posted on here for a while, cos usually I don't have much useful to say (heh heh), but this thread caught my eye. I had similar problems with mine, ie Low power, dirty plugs and MOT failingly high HC. I went through a long process of changing plugs, points, dizzy cap, HT leads, coil, distrib...

First snow picture
May I hopefully be the first to get the obligatory Land-Rover-in-the-snow-in-south-east-England picture in... http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3094/3247211804_002a494fe8.jpg Who says it never snows enough in London to need a 4x4 eh? My girlfriend drove off to work this morning in it cock-a-hoop whilst...

Hello, here's a quick tip on this subject learned from hard experience.... If you do change the fuel pump, make sure you use a proper Land Rover spec pump (which is actually a Facet pump). They should cost around £70. Don't use the often-advertised fuel pumps at about the £30-40 mark. These ones are...

mud terrains are (so I'm told) good off road. I use General Grabbers and these have noticeably less road noise than mud terrains. Learnt this from an A/B comparison done with a friends truck with mud terrains. He's thinking of changing them as he's fed up with the road noise. Depends what you use it...
