Hi guys again…… So I replaced the diff lock dog & actuating fork which has helped a bit. However I still have an unacceptable clonk when on & off the throttle. Definitely less so in low range. So I’ve removed the bloody transfer case cover again and trying to determine whats the cause. Just ...

Thanks.... They are NOT the pear shaped thrust washers On the ends of the shaft (which vary in thickness from 3.55mm to 3.96mm) but the 4 phosphor bronze thrust washers in between all the gears etc. Nowhere in any publication is the thickness specified. Heh Guys, I have a typical problem with my LT95 transfer case. Lots of clunks when not being super gentle.
