Re: Wanted Stage 1 Airbox

Hmmm my airbox is a bit different - it has a few vacuum lines, and tbh is in much worse condition than I remembered it :( You can have the airbox and elbows for £40 plus postage if thats any good?

FS: 109 V8 Swivel pin overhaul kit - Pegasus parts - SOLD

I bought this kit a while ago for my Stage One, but this is no longer required. I paid over £100 for it, but I'm open to offers. Can post or take to Peterboro LRO Show next weekend. swivelpinkit.jpg http://www.pegasusparts.co.uk/ourshop_90073/prod_160997-PSK-1035-Swivel-Pin-Overhaul-Kit-Series-3-109...

Re: Wanted Stage 1 Airbox

I've got a pair of elbows and an airbox, not sure which variant or if its complete (its an oval one), but I was going to advertise them soon. Are you going to the Peterbog show? Could meet you there if you're interested.

Cheers

Re: Hello from Yorkshire

The P38... If I said 'beetlejuice beetlejuice beet...' (not going to risk tempting fate again!!!) The damned thing hated me. I bought it off a friend - a 2001 P38 2.5DT in Monte Carlo Blue. Beautiful looking car that had previously had an overheating issue, but the engine had been replaced following...

Re: Hello from Yorkshire

Just wanted to say hello to everyone again, and to reassure you that I still have my Stage One :D Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to do any work on it as I've had too many other projects to attend to. The gearbox still hasn't been replaced (still waiting for my friend to help me with that), ...

Re: Alice to the road!!

Wow, thats a worry! As you said, you're lucky you were only bumbling along and not doing 70

Its certainly given me food for thought, I've always planned on fitting parabolics - RM ones too - but maybe good old fashioned leafs are the best option after all. Good luck with the claim.

Re: New owner of RHP175R

Hi folks. A couple of weeks ago I had a long chat to Christopher Mahoney, RHPs previous owner and from whom it was stolen . I've only just read this thread and looked at the pics - I remember seeing a blue Stage One with a black roof being stolen a few months ago - it was on LandyWatch. I've been k...

Re: Hello from Yorkshire

Thanks Alan, thats reassuring. Its hard to say that tent A is worth paying £500 more for than seemingly identical tent B - and lets face it, even the Howling Moon tent is hardly a cheap option! While I'm on here, I don't suppose anyone has a good 109 Safari / Tropical roof that they want to sell on?...

Re: Hello from Yorkshire

Thought I'd better post an update, if only to let you all know the Stage 1 is still in existence! Well I'm still waiting for my friend to recon the gearbox, so the old girl hasn't moved since that memorable drive back - and the gearbox noise did actually do me some permanent damage - I now have tinn...

Re: Wanted: Seat Box and Floor plates(s)

Ripon has been cancelled sorry. Even caught LRO out... Live strikes again! EDIT - its Ripley Castle that is cancelled - LRO Spring Adventure. Sorry! Ripon 4x4 spare day is still on :D Couldn't you make up some footplates? Shouldn't be that difficult to make templates out of ply or similar? Good luck...

I was watching that one out of interest. Quite surprised it made that much despite being a tidy example. Surprised but very pleased  :D
