Yes your block is a P6B 3500, The lower 9.25 Compression is because its an export model we have them over here too. We took our NZ Army 109 V8 to the Ellerslie Concourse in Sunday, Maybe the pictures will be interesting. IF you did want to use the FASD ( Fully Automatic Starting Device ) you would also have to get the FASD Control Module from inside the dashboard, It is also a blue plastic lump. I'm pretty sure it's the correct tool but the description the seller has written is all wrong.

I'm guessing MS80's are the original Carbs.
Broaden your search. There are loads of these tools around.
I got some for my Rover SD1 years ago.
These same tools are used by many British cars, e,g Rover, Triumph, Jag Etc..........
Some will turn up easy enough
