Some more progress in fitting the front disc brakes. Right hand side nearly finished, all the parts needed for the left hand side are there, so shouldn't take too long before testdriving it. The set was intended to fit standard series landrovers, so had to change some parts for fitting them on the S...

After a while away from this forum I want to keep up posting pictures etc of work done on my car. Since I bought it back in 2005 i've done a gearbox change and engine swap. Rebuilt a 3.5 back in 2008 and have done a lot of miles with it since. Until last year it was my daily drive. Problem was I kep...

Old topic, but as I'm converting early type TIC discbrakes I found out my CV's are crap. I bought the AEU 2522 from early 110 and indeed they are about 4 mm's too short. Also about half a mm to wide to fit thru the Swivelhousing, so have to machine them down a bit. I came up with the same solution a...

Dani, Can you still close the bonnet with that monster sticking out the top? No wonder your brother said he did 140km/hr. The most I have done with mine is 120 but I was too nervous to go faster. I also have fitted EFI plenum and it fits a charm. Carbs are rather high themselves as well, as...

I'll try to contact a friend if he can scan them in for me on very high resolution. This way it's easy to get them like original from any stickershop.

I bought them via a dutch landrover webshop
http://www.maanrover.nl

Maybe they can still send you a couple.

I bought a set of "Land Rover V8" for side panels and one "V8" sticker for the back.

Put me back about €60,-

They are genuine Land Rover stickers!
