Re: Points replaced, vehicle died, now cant get spark at all
http://thebloke.co.nz/images/coil.jpg Oh, the brain hurts. Could someone please tell me the correct wiring here? I know the black comes from the distributor to the negative. But what about the positive/ballast? The coil I just removed seems to have bypassed it. I have two cables, white and purple, ...

Re: Points replaced, vehicle died, now cant get spark at all
Haven't checked to condenser - is there a way to test that?
I don't mind just swapping everything out with new parts, but keen to understand how to test them as well...

Points replaced, vehicle died, now cant get spark at all...
Hi guys. Have a problem that is slowly doing my head in. The Stage 1 was running a bit crap - in the end realised that the distributor cap was filthy, so gave it a clean and everything ran better. However, thought I would replace the cap, points and rotor, because I never had, and thought it would b...

Re: Handbrake Adjustment
Will give it a go. Just don't want a simple adjustment to turn into a 'pull the brake to bits'...

Handbrake Adjustment
Good morning folks - quick question - need to tighten up the handbrake, it works, but not as well as it needs to. I have located the adjustment 'wheel' on the back of the drum - question - do I tighten it up by turning it 'over' away from me, or 'under' away from me? Am I right in thinking I need to...

Re: MS80 Carberettor Adjustment Tool
Hrm... ok folks - how do I go about definitely identifying what Zenith I have in there? The hexagonal tool doesn't seem to be going into anything - but want to confirm what tool I am meant to be using before I push anything.
