Well, net net seems one of the winding is bad , found 3 dead diodes and dead voltage regulator. I am going to have to find old school shop that can redo winding's by hand, swap out 24 volt generic regulator and put it all back together. ... I suspect this is going to hurt~

ABCDEF We know which are pos and neg, but they are hoping maybe one of the lines is part of talking to voltage regula...
